Step 2: Upload or Create Your Compliance Program
  • Existing Program: Upload your AML/CTF Compliance Program, AUSTRAC Registration Certificate, and Compliance Officer ID.
  • New Program: Complete the guided Portal360 wizard to generate your compliance program.
Step 3: AI Compliance Analysis
Portal360 uses AI to analyse your compliance information, identify risk factors, and recommend the appropriate verification checks for your business.
Step 4: Accept Consent & Complete Setup
Review and accept the required AML/CTF terms and verification consent. Complete the one-time onboarding payment (if enabled).
Step 5: Generate Your Risk Profile
Based on your compliance program, Portal360 automatically maps your business risks to the most suitable identity verification and compliance checks.
Step 6: Start Verifying Clients
Your VerifiMe integration is now active. You can begin verifying clients, run AML/KYC checks, monitor compliance, and manage verification reports directly from Portal360.
