All your Data is backed up in 3 regions within Australia (Australia East, Australia South East, Australia South) - backups are encrypted and immutable.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
