Australian data hosting and encryption

Information security is prioritised at every level of Portal 360. Client data for Australian practices stays on-shore with enterprise-grade encryption, immutable backups, and controls aligned to Australian legislation and ISO27001 (certification in progress).

Australian hosted infrastructure

All data is stored in Australia in a Microsoft Azure data centre. Your firm meets residency expectations for professional services clients without negotiating separate hosting add-ons.

Encryption and file protection

  • Data encrypted at rest and in transit across the platform
  • Files stored in ENC encrypted format — not readable by Portal 360 staff
  • TLS for all client and team connections
  • Role-based access and 2FA to limit who can decrypt via normal product use

Triple redundancy backups

Data is backed up across three Australian regions (Australia East, Australia South East, Australia South). Backups are encrypted and immutable to protect against ransomware and accidental deletion. Combine platform security with your firm’s policies for password rotation and offboarding.
